Dr. Karen Yap is a consultant breast and general surgeon. She has been in private practice since 2005. She was previously from the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) and specializes in Breast Surgery, including mammotome biopsy, sentinel node biopsy and oncoplastic techniques. Behind her youthful looks lie years of training and experience in dealing with diseases of the breast. As a lady surgeon, Dr Yap understands and appreciates the place and role that breasts have in a lady’s image and self-esteem.
Dr Ang graduated from the National University of Singapore Medical School in 1989 and embarked upon his surgical training at the Singapore General Hospital after his housemanship. He was selected to undergo Plastic Surgery training at the Singapore General Hospital from 1994 under the tutorship of world-renowned Plastic Surgeons such as Professor ST Lee and Professor KC Tan.
