Singapore Thong Chai Medical Institution (STCMI) was established as a charitable clinic in 1867. Since the beginning, the Institution has adhered to the principles advocated by our forefathers — to provide free medical consultation and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to the public regardless of race, religion or nationality.
