Raffles Medical (Shaw Centre)

Raffles Medical (Shaw Centre) is a Primary Care Network (PCN) medical clinic located in Raffles Boulevard, Singapore.  PCN is an initiative by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to better manage chronic disease in the community.
