Majority of our doctors have completed postgraduate programmes in Family Medicine. As a group, our doctors are experienced in providing holistic medical care for patients of different age groups.
We provide the following services:
- General practice care
- General health screening
- Chronic disease management (eg. diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorder, stroke, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
- Vaccinations (Adults & Children)
- Statutory Medical Screenings (eg. Ministry of Manpower, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Land Transport Authority)
- Minor surgery
In addition, our Group has embarked on team-based care processes in the management of chronic diseases. Whenever the need arises and where resources are available, we will co-manage our patients with our nursing and allied health colleagues. We believe a primary care team that combines the expertise of the family physician, case manager, nurse educator, pharmacist and care coordinators will ultimately deliver better quality of care to our patients with long term medical problems.
