Dr. William Suh double-majored in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics at the University of Miami under a four-year academic scholarship, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with Honors. He continued studying engineering and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Science in General Engineering (currently the Department of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering) with a full academic scholarship. After graduate school, Dr. Suh worked in the engineering industry for six years as a systems engineer.
Dr. Suh decided to further his education and become a Chiropractic Physician since he has always been interested in the biomechanics of the human body and taking care of others. Dr. Suh received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2007 from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago. Dr. Suh worked in a private, multidisciplinary practice in the suburbs of Chicago immediately following his graduation, until moving to Singapore in 2011. Dr. Suh founded the Singapore Bone and Joint Clinic to continue his passion for helping patients.
Dr. Suh has attended formal post-graduate training in Internal Disorders in Chicago from the Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders (CDID) which is a specialty council of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Suh has a solid understanding of sports which include: sport-specific training, strength and conditioning, psychology, blood chemistry and nutrition. Dr. Suh has worked with many athletes and sports teams, and has been the attending physician at many local taekwondo, football, basketball, and baseball competitions in the United States.
Dr. Suh also enjoys giving health care seminars to various companies and sports organizations on injury prevention, orthopedic conditions, sports performance, ergonomics, and nutrition. By sharing his knowledge and experience, it is an easy way to give back to the community.

One sport that Dr. Suh has a passion for is Taekwondo (martial arts). He began studying Taekwondo and Hapkido in 1987 and is currently a 5th Degree Blackbelt under the World Taekwondo Federation. Dr. Suh is also a certified Taekwondo Coach under the USA Taekwondo organization and is also a Level 2 Coach under the Singapore Taekwondo Federation. He has also coached and trained local, state, and national level athletes; and has also medalled in the same competitions. Dr. Suh has been training and teaching Taekwondo under the leadership of multiple Grandmasters (9th Degree Blackbelts). Dr. Suh has also trained in Aikido, Kumdo, and weapons. Currently, Dr. Suh trains and teaches at J.H. Kim Taekwondo in Singapore.
