Dr. Sherry Wang was born and raised in Los Angeles, California in the United States; however, she is of Taiwanese descent. As a teenager, she suffered from sports injuries and a slipped disc in her lower back, which caused her to seek chiropractic care. Her successful recovery through chiropractic care caused her to further research the profession, and eventually led her to pursue a career in the chiropractic field.
After obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Psychobiology at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), she attended Life University, where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Prior to working in Singapore, Dr. Sherry experienced working in very successful practices in the United States. She also donated her chiropractic services to the homeless population in New York City.
Dr. Sherry is passionate about giving chiropractic care to families and people of all ages, ranging from children to the elderly. She looks at the body in a holistic manner, and believes in correcting the cause of the problem rather than merely relieving symptoms. Therefore, each patient she treats is evaluated individually and provided a course of care that is specifically tailored for his or her needs.
A strong advocate of public education, Dr. Sherry has spoken at numerous corporations and organizations in Singapore including: Rotary Engineering, EDMI, ST Microelectronics, Clementi Community Center, Singapore Prison Services, and Kranji Reservist Camp.
