Dr. Marcel Fung graduated from Manchester University in the United Kingdom in 1999 with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Marcel also achieved a Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies (DPDS) from Bristol university in 2008.
In 2007, Dr. Fung followed Hilt Tatum and completed his world renowned Implantology training program. In subsequent years, he has participated in series of trainings programmes with Osstem Dental and at Malo Clinic in Portugal (All-on-4 Surgical Protocol) to further his implant skills. He is an active user for the All-on-4 Nobel Biocare Implant system where you can have beautiful new teeth on the same day.
Dr. Fung has worked extensively in the UK for over 16 years and has gained vast amount of experience treating patients from all aspect of dentistry. He enjoys all range of dentistry and uses advance technology to help him to achieve dental excellence. In recent years, his main philosophy has been minimal invasive dentistry. In order to achieve this Dr Fung utilizes all his skills that includes: Mercury Free Fillings, Invisalign, Inman Aligners, Cerec3D (same day crown), Crowns/Veneers, Dental Implants, Dental bonding and Six Month Smiles.
Besides of clinical dentistry Dr Fung was also involved with post graduate training for the past 6 years in London. He was a dental trainer for newly qualified dentists for the London Dental Deanary. This allowed him to pass his knowledge to the next generation of dentists.
During his free time, Dr Fung counts playing golf , rock climbing and salsa dancing as his other passion!
