Dr Jake was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota USA. Chronic low back pain in his teenage years led him to seek chiropractic treatment. He became fascinated with the non-invasive approach of healing that the doctor of chiropractic delivered with their hands. With his interest piqued, he decided to dedicate his life to helping others through the art of chiropractic. The American mid-West has instilled in Dr Jake the value of hard work and a deep respect for community.
Earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences in Minnesota, USA, Dr Jake also recieved a degree in Human Biology. He holds a license to practice chiropractic in the state of North Dakota, USA. He has completed additional training in Activator technique, Sacral Occipital techinique, Webster technique, sports physicals, and holds many other certifications. Dr Jake has eagerly worked with a diverse patient base with internships in the USA, Sri Lanka, and Singapore.
Dr. Jake loves giving back to the community and proudly used his training as a chiropractor to volunteer at organizations caring for the homeless and underserved communities in the USA. This is a practice he is excited to continue here in Singapore. In his free time, he enjoys traveling SE Asia, American football, ice hockey, cooking, and downhill skiing. Dr. Jake has become enamored with Singapore and its people, he is proud to now call this home!
乔安娜医生来自于新西兰，霍克斯湾的农场。乡村生活让她追求与马的热忱，她代表新西兰参加多项比赛并取得成功。她与马儿飞到澳洲和英国参与比赛都成功获得肯定。她在训练马术技巧时多次跌伤，青少年的她已经知道脊椎矫正的益处。
之后的生活乔安娜医生变得像个书呆子！她在奥克兰主修心理学获得了理学学士，之后毕业于新西兰脊椎矫正学院和考取运动医学研究生证书。显然，她还没完成她的学业!
在过去的5年，乔安娜医生曾经在印度尼西亚雅加达的脊椎矫正诊所就医也爱上亚洲的生活。 “我在印尼时治疗过数万名各个年龄层患者，从新生婴儿到高龄。能够帮助每一个人提高他们的生活质量是一个很有意义的经验。我很高兴能成为Advanced Pain Centres的一份子，我向往与新加坡人分享我的专长。”
