Dr Ho graduated from the University of Singapore in 1976 and started training in Neurosurgery in 1977. After completing his training in neurosurgery, he obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 1983. In 1989, he established and headed the Department of Neurosurgery at the Singapore General Hospital.
He commenced private practice at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in 1992.
He is also a visiting consultant neurosurgeon to the Division of Neurosurgery, Department of Neurosurgery, National University Hospital.
He is involved with the training and certification of neurosurgeons in Singapore.
