As the owner of Yze Health Rehab, Derek Yzelman, is himself a polio victim. Striving to live independently and actively, the ex-paralympian has been in the health rehab industry for over 20 years. His own experiences as a disabled person is his source of motivation to help other disabled people to live as independently as they can.
